We have discovered that since COVID-19 materialized, clients have been having new reactions to colour. Your safety is our top priority.

You will need to come into the salon for a skin test if:

1.You haven’t had your hair coloured with us in the last 6 months.

2.You have had any type of reaction in the last 12 months to anything.

3.You are a new client to Arena.

If you have had COVID-19 previously we would recommend

coming in for a skin test just to be safe.

Skin tests will take 5-10 minutes.

Please wear a mask.

Please do not come in for a skin test on the same day as having the COVID-19 vaccination, Any side effects to the vaccine may be confused with the skin test.

Please leave the skin test on for 24 hours. Before going to bed wipe the access with a dry cloth. An old pillowcase is advisable to avoid any staining. We also recommend you wear your hair up if you can to and after the skin test.
